Watering identity & plant spacing

Two handy conventions: an inch of water over a square foot is 0.623 gallons, so a week's watering is area × inches × 0.623; and a bed needs about area ÷ spacing² plants on a square grid (about 15% more on a triangular grid). These are labeled planning conventions. Use them in the watering-needs and plant-spacing tools.
